You’ve likely heard it far too often, “That MQL was CRAP!” Of course, in the back of your mind, you’re wondering if sales is even following up on the leads marketing delivers. Look backward to build for the future

Take a look at your past customers and won opportunities. What do they have in common? The easiest place to begin is by understanding WHO your customer is.
