As we’re busy getting ready for the Marketo Summit, we wanted to pause a quick moment and recognize that Perkuto people and projects have been named Marketo Revvie finalists this year: our own VP of Consulting Services Michelle Miles is a finalist for the Marketo Masters Champion of the Year and Perkuto’s client TELUS Health is in the running for top honors in The Fearless Marketer category.

Michelle Miles’s GDPR Thought Leadership Helps Her Rise to the Top

Proven advocates of Marketo, Champions must help support and educate Marketo customers and demonstrate a mastery of the Marketo Engagement Platform—and to say that Michelle has done this is an understatement. An MBA, Marketo Certified Solutions Architect and active force in the Marketo community for years, this year specifically Michelle has tackled the vast legislation known as the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR. She’s answered questions, offered training and provided guidance in an attempt to help educate others. She’ll even be presenting on the topic at Summit; register now for the Summit (use code Perkuto300 to save $300!) then preregister for Michelle’s presentation, “Fearless Marketing In A GDPR World: Tips To Thrive Amidst New Regulations” as it’s anticipated to be a standing room only crowd.

We’ve always known that Michelle is a superstar and we’re very proud that she’s getting this recognition. She’s an invaluable member of the Perkuto team and foundational to the successful results we’re able to create for our clients.

TELUS Health’s Fearless Approach to Claims Management Lands Spot in the Finals

And speaking of our clients, we’re proud that we were instrumental in helping TELUS Health push the limits and use Marketo in an innovative way on an engagement program for users of their eClaims product. By building a framework to track and segment utilization patterns, TELUS Health is able to offer the right message at the right time to the 46,000 extended healthcare providers across Canada using their eClaims service. These enhancements in service help healthcare providers streamline their workflows and offer their patients an optimal experience.

Talk about out-of-the-box thinking that leads to some pretty amazing results! I recognize that I may be a bit biased, but I’m gratified that Marketo is acknowledging the novel approach our teams took and the positive real-life outcomes that followed.

So congratulations to our two finalists and thank you for working so hard to make it look so easy. And congratulations to all of our fellow nominees—best of luck! We’re delighted to be in such good company. We look forward to seeing you later this month.
