Montreal, Quebec –– June 23, 2020 –– Perkuto, provider of Marketo Engage solutions for enterprise organizations, has been recognized for its efforts in the workplace with a Great Place to Work® Quebec certification honor. Perkuto was also recognized as a Great Place to Work® in 2019.

To be eligible for this esteemed certification, companies must be ranked highly in credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie by their employees. Survey provider Great Place to Work Institute Canada conducted an extensive, anonymous survey of Perkuto employees, using direct feedback and information on workplace experiences at the Canadian company, based in Montreal. Based on the findings of this most recent analysis, Perkuto was certified as a Great Place to Work® in Quebec.

With the firm belief that happy employees provide better support to customers and make for an all-around better business, Perkuto has always emphasized a healthy work-life balance since its origin and continues to foster a healthy work environment. Perkuto founders Alexandre Pelletier and Youcef Bouayad sought to create a collaborative environment with an ongoing emphasis on professional growth and development; employees enjoy paid certifications, investments in technology as well as 37.5 hour workweek and unlimited vacation.

“We strive to make Perkuto a fun and welcoming work environment for all employees, as we know that happy employees lead to a better work community, longer retention and happier customers,” said Alexandre Pelletier, CEO of Perkuto. “To do that, we’ve cultivated a highly collaborative and supportive workplace that encourages employees with healthy challenges and engaging, complex projects. The employee experience is paramount not only for the wellbeing of our workplace, but also for the longevity of our company. We could not be more thrilled to have received the Great Place to Work® certification.”

This recognition is one of several for Perkuto this year, as CIO Review recently honored Perkuto as a 2020 Top Adobe Provider. In March, the company was also named an Adobe Platinum partner– the highest partner tier for Adobe service providers.
