The Inc. 5000 Ranking lists the fast-growing US companies. The 2013 edition contains some of the hottest Marketing Automation providers. We mashed up this list with the most recent edition of the B2B Marketing Automation Vendor Selection Tool (VEST) by Raab Associates to add the number of clients.
With more than 15,000 clients and just 39M$ revenues, InfusionSoft is clearly serving the small business market. The tagline says it all. Act-On had an incredible run in the last three years (+2,330%). However, they still lag behind all the other players in terms of revenues. Are they going to be able to maintain the pace to catch-up with Marketo in terms of revenues? Although HubSpot had an edge on Marketo in 2009, it seems that Marketo is now ahead of the game. The missing players in this list are Pardot and Eloqua. Pardot had 7M$ in revenues in 2011 prior to the ExacTarget acquisition (ExactTarget has then been acquired by Salesforce). Eloqua had approximately 70M$ in revenues in 2011 prior to the Oracle acquisition.
